The City has received the 95% design plans for the third phase of Flying Fortress Parkway. Stormwater detention or retention is required to maintain pre-existing downstream flow conditions. This report will present two options. Option A is the current design, which includes a series of 15 detention basins adjacent to the parkway in the road right-of-way. Option B would be to construct stormwater detention upstream of the parkway on donated land. Staff is seeking Council direction.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Staff requests that the City Council go into Executive Session pursuant to ARS 38-431.03(A)(4) to discuss the Clark Hill proposal regarding groundwater litigation and legislation.
The Council may discuss and take action regarding the submitted proposal.
